A College Examination :
I. There shall be arm Annual examination for the 1st year] Higher Secondary +2 Classes. There shall also be an Examination, namely Test Examinations for the 2nd year Higher Secondary (+2) classes and +3 1st year 2 nd year and 3 rd year of 3 year Degree (+3) classes every year.
2. Test Examinations are compulsory and unless a student appears at Test Examinations as the case may he he/she shall not he allowed to fill up the form for examination.
3. Appearance at all examinations is compulsory and binding for a student.
4. For non—appearance in the College Examination. The staff council's stands binding resolution.
B— University/ Council Examination.
All University/Council Examination shall be conducted as per the programmes communicated by them from time to time.
Any student found adopting unfair means during Examination or showing indecent behaviour during examination will be punished.

An act to provide for penal action for Adoption of unfair means at certain examinations held in the state and other matters connected there with.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Orissa in Thirty-ninth year of the Republic of India as follows.
shall have effect not withstanding any thing inconsistent therewith contained in any enactment other than this Act.
(2) Where any act or communication constitute an offence punishable under this Act and also under any other actm the offender found guilty of such offence shall be liable to he punished under the other Act and not under this Act.
